1/2 onion diced
1 table spood of garlic
1 Rasher of bacon or Spec cooked
Combine and Cook on medium heat until onions are "clear"
1 teaspoon Hot English Mustard
1 teaspood carraway seeds
2 table spoons of Apple sauce
2 Juniper berries crushed
100 mL white wine
Combine above in bowl and mix
add above bowl and
1 Can Edules Sauerkraut 400 g
mix well
place
2 frankfurts scliced long ways and chopped 1 cm
on top of the Sauerkraut
Simmer for 1 hour.
